Q&A:

 

  1. Q: Why doesn’t the remote control work?

A:1) The remote control power supply is out of power and the battery needs to be replaced.

2) The user mistakenly long pressed the power button of the remote control, clearing the pairing of the remote control and controller.

Solution: Please unplug the power 4-5 times to reset the controller; within 5 seconds after the reset is successful, press and hold "ON" on the remote control for 5 seconds, the light strip will flash slowly, indicating successful pairing.

 

 

  • Q: Why does the LED Strip flash cycle colors repeatedly?

A: Because the controller did not successfully connect to the mobile APP "Magic Home".

Solution: 1) Check to confirm that the power supply has sufficient working power.

2) Make sure the mobile phone uses the 2.4G wireless wifi network and the mobile phone is next to the router.

3) Make sure the connection between the LED strip and the controller is stable and not loose. 4) Check to confirm that the router is not connected to too many smart devices, causing the wifi controller to frequently disconnect.

 

  • Q: Why are the actual colors reversed when setting the LED strip red/green light?

A: Please confirm whether the order of R.G,B of the connected light strip is RGB or GRB, and select the corresponding order in the APP "Magic Home".

 

  • Q: Why can’t my LED strip connect to the controller?

A: This controller is only suitable for 5-pin RGBW LED strips, not 4-pin RGB LED Strips.

Wrong wiring sorting can result in opposite colors, e.g. red becomes green.
