Q&A:
- Q: Why doesn’t the remote control work?
A:1) The remote control power supply is out of power and the battery needs to be replaced.
2) The user mistakenly long pressed the power button of the remote control, clearing the pairing of the remote control and controller.
Solution: Please unplug the power 4-5 times to reset the controller; within 5 seconds after the reset is successful, press and hold "ON" on the remote control for 5 seconds, the light strip will flash slowly, indicating successful pairing.
Wrong wiring sorting can result in opposite colors, e.g. red becomes green.
Q: Why are the actual colors reversed when setting the LED strip red/green light?
A: Please confirm whether the order of R.G,B of the connected light strip is RGB or GRB, and select the corresponding order in the APP "Magic Home".
Only one WiFi Controller(Need to prepare additional adapter not less than 3A）
Note: The number of pins that can be connected is 5PIN (RGBW), 4PIN (RGB) is not applicable.
